Oscar-winning American actor Jennifer Lawrence is expecting her first child with husband Cooke Maroney, People magazine reported on Wednesday.
The magazine stated that the actor’s representative had confirmed the pregnancy after news circulated on Twitter on Wednesday evening.
The 31-year-old star married Cooke Maroney, a New York art dealer in October 2019 at Belcourt of Newport, a luxurious mansion in Rhode Island. The wedding was attended by celebrities such as Adele and Amy Schumer.
In June 2019, the Hunger Games star called Cooke “the greatest human being I’ve ever met” while speaking on Catt Sadler’s podcast, Naked with Catt Sadler.
Jennifer was named by Forbes as the world’s highest-paid actress in 2015 and 2016. She also won an Oscar for her performance in the 2012 movie Silver Linings Playbook, in which she starred alongside Bradley Cooper.
